Your organization is invited to become one of the featured vendors during this exciting event.  Using a combined marketing approach consisting of radio, newspaper coverage, direct mail pieces, etc., Jazz in the Park for Charity 2009 will be marketed to a large geographic area not only covering the entire Southland region, but the entire Chicago metropolitan area.

As a featured vendor, your organization will gain exposure by the estimated attendance of over 1,000 South Suburban residents, business owners and community leaders.  Vendors will also retain the income from the sale of the taste-size portions they sell during the event.  The vendor fee to participate in this exciting event in only $450, which includes the following benefits to your business:
  • Inclusion in press releases and print media Advertising to the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area
  • Complimentary advertising in the Jazz in the Park for Charity 2010 program book and website, with links to your own website
  • A vendor tent to highlight your restaurant’s specialties
  • Signage and name plate recognition outside of your tent
  • An opportunity to offer menus, coupons, and other promotional materials to over 1,000+ residents, potentially increasing your customer base
